My-Pet Octopus

Short Summary

"My-Pet Octopus" is a webcomic that follows the misadventures of Emmitt Goodwin. A misguided fourteen-year-old trying to adjust to his new home in Detroit Michigan. However, while exploring an abandoned factory for a class assignment, he comes across an alien octopus named Blip, which changes the trajectory of Emmitt's life forever. Despite their differences they both realize they have much in common regarding losing parts of themselves from an early age. Unfortunately, things take a turn for the worse when reports of people going missing at night. Because of this Blip and Emmitt must put their differences aside to uncover the truth behind these disappearances.

The Characters

Emmitt Goodwin

A misguided boy with a troubled past on the road to recovery. Emmitt Goodwin strives to be the best he can be to regain his father's respect. while he might not be the smartest tool in the shed he has proven to be quite clever despite, his stubborn recklessness.

Blip

Blip is an eccentric, witty, and observant little guy who has no memory of his past. Despite this, Blip decides to create a new identity for himself, while making a new friend along the way.

Archon

With eerie presence and silent demeanor Archon, has made it their mission to hunt Blip. despite being a malfunctioning robot Archon, is not someone to mess with and is determined to achieve its goals by any means necessary.
